Each parts has levels, so you can choose your level to listen. On the left of this website, there are some helps for first time user, introduction of the website, and some free software you have to use for listening.
Weakness:
In part 3.20-Minute ESL Vocabulary Lessons and part 4.Language Learning and Life Tips, they only have medium level. It is not good for an easy or difficult level user.
