TWENTY YEARS OLD

Today is my twenty-year-old birthday. I wish myself happy birthday. My birthday wishes are as follows:
1.My family and all I had met will have a healthy body.
2.World peace, and all people I know will prosperous.
3.I am not gonna tell you, because it is a secret.

Basketball

Today we have a test about basketball. The PE teacher is really very mean. She is unresonable!!! It is valid that she said that we don't have to swim at first. However, only one male classmate told her that he wants to swim. Then she said we have to swim. Come on! All the grils just don't want to swim. She just listened to the guys' opinion. She is really being sexist. We girls are very detest her behaving.

Today, a female classmate just asks her question. Then, she scales at her and makes the girl cry. I really loathe her. I think she is nonsense!!! We called her "Big Mama"(大嬸婆) behind her back.

I don't like that kind of teacher. I think she doesn't have the qualifications to be a teacher.

I don't like.........

I think people always have many different faces. They could be good to you at this time, but be bad to you at the other time or at the same time. I really don't like this. I wondered why these people treat me like that. Why could they be more theirselves? Why could they express their feelings right away? I don't know the answer. What I can do is let the time wash all these trash.

I don't like being an adult. I don't want to see the dark side of human. I want to go back to my pure childhood. I don't like cheating, hurting,deceiting....etc. All I want is that everyone deal with others with true heart.

think too much!!!

Because my roommate acted like she was very annoyed about my behavior, I was very afraid about it. Then, I asked others if she hates me. Other people just said that I thought too much! She didn't hate me. That make me feel relax.
It is really not my fault. I am very busy this week. I have report, plan about the graduation ceremony, plan about the summer vacation. Every thing needs to be done, but I don't have much time. I am sorry for I don't put my whole mind on the team report. I want them to realize that I am really busy, and this is not an excuse.

run 3000m under the burning sun

Because I am a sophomore in CGU. Therefore, I have to run 3000 meters in my freshman year and sophomore year.
That day the sun was very very shine, and it was also very hot. Our teacher just didn't listen our complaints, and insist that we should run no mater what the weather was. She just had an umbrella and sit beside the field. I really don't like her.
After all, we had to run, and I was the second. I was really happy, tired, and be suntan. Therefore, I didn't go the the class, because I was really tired.

The weather is awful!!!
It is so hot that I couldn't sleep.
It's May!!!
And I couldn't imagine how's the weather in summer.
Why couldn't have air-conditioner in the dorm???

Very busy!!!

I will be busy this summer vacation!!
First, I will go on a trip to Kaohsiung and Kenting with my friends.
Second, I will go to Canada to study in a language school.
Third, I will be my cousin's bridesmaid.
So, I am very excited about my summer vacation!!
I hope my summer vacation this year will be colorful, and not like the past few years.

sleepless

I don't know what's wrong with me. I just very tired and want to go to bed, but I just can't sleep. I want to sleep.

My new hair style

This is my new hair style. The bang is called " doll's head "(妹妹頭). I want to copy Rainie Yang(楊丞琳).

I think if I had more hair and perm my hair. My hair style is much more likely to hers.

I am not used to it at begining, but now I just used to it. I hope my friend could used to my new hair style soon. My aunt says that this style looks very young and good. I am happy about this.

I just can't concentrate on studying

We will have a exam of Finance next week. Therefore, this weekend I stayed in the dorm and prepared for the coming exam. However, my roommate and I just can't concentrate on studying. Worst of all, one of my roommates went out shopping. We were so envy of this. Due to that, my roommate and I decided to go to Wu Fen Pu(五分埔). Because last time we went to Wu Fen Pu, we didn't see all the store through. This time we want to see all the store though.

We started to go at 3:00 pm. We went to the evening market of street of Raohe River(饒河街夜市) first. Then, we walked to Wu Fen Pu. It a short distence from street of Raohe River to Wu Fen Pu.

It is the most crazy things that I have ever heard. It is that one of my friends bought a puzzle and a big board to put the puzzle on. Nevertheless, she bought a fan. She just want to carry these things to shopping at Wu Fen Pu. I think she is ridiculous and nuts. Don't you think it's very weird that you pick a lot of things when you choose cloth.

trip at Cingjing Farm and Sunmoonlake

Because of the spring vacation, I went to Chinging Farm. The weather was not good, it was foggy and raining. However, it has another beauty. We went to the farm to see shearing wool from sheep, and took pictures with the cute lamb. In the evening, we took a walk and visited other pretty European cottage style hostel. There were a lot of beautiful hostel, and each hostel has different style, such as French country style, English cottage style, and Germany castal style. We saw many hostel and thought that we will come back again and live in different hostel. Tonight, we stayed in a hostel name Florence. Hearing it's name you can imagine it is Italian style. The atmosphere there was warm and fragrant. The owner has two Golden Retrievers whose name are Big Bear and Little Sister. They are very cute and tame. The service was very good. I love the way they treat us.
The next day morning, we strolled near Chinging Farm. In the afternoon, we started to leave for Sunmoonlake. We found the hotel for a while. The hotel is in the town, so it is very convenient to buy things. The hotel had free bicycle to ride. Therefore, we rode a bicycle to enjoy the good weather.

busy day

Today I got up early. I had to go to the hospital to be volunteer, because April 4th is Kids Day. Therefore, the children hospital hold a special event for the kids. The volunteers acted in the play for the kids, and other volunteers had to be the chief of one of the game checkpoints. The game of my checkpoint is "ring the price". I was very tired and thirty. I had to shout and encourage the kids. The kids were very happy about playing game and win the price.
In the afternoon, I went to a place to ask about travel and study in America this summer. I prefer to go to Boston. I am collecting information now. But I am sure I will go there this summer. I don't want to waste my summer vacation in sleeping and eating.

What a pity!!!

This morning I got up very late. My classmates didn't wake me up. Therefore, I didn't go to class. I just slept until 11:30 and skipped class. I was mad about my classmates, but thy said they had waken me up. It was my own fault, because I slept like a pig. I can't blame anyone. Hearing about this, I felt embarrassed about myself.
In the afternoon, one of my friends wanted to perm her hair. We wernt to Taipei to go shopping and she went there to perm her hair. When she permed her hair, I went to one of my friends home. Surprisingly, her home near Taipei 101 is really small. I think all the residents' house in Taipei City is very small, because the city is too crowded. However, her home is smaller than my home's first floor. It's terrible!!! I can't imagine about living in that small place for 19 years. I am lucky to grow up in a big house.
My friend took a lot of time perming her hair. We were impatient, so we didn't wait for her and went shopping ourselves. We went to Wu Fen Pu(五分埔)-a shopping paradise. There are a lot of cloth to buy. Furthemore, the place is too big to see all the store through. My roommate and I thought it's unfortunate that we had to came back soon for the last school bus. My roommate and I vowed that we will come back and buy a lot of cloth.
We are tired when we came to dorm at 12:00. We have lots of things to do. Worst of all, we have to get up early tomorrow.

Movie Caf'e:LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE

Little Miss Sunshine, directed by Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris, is a fatabulous movie that make a dig at common custom, which, if we are able to sense, offers all of us a better way to live. I personally think it as the greatest and the most moving movie of all the movies I've ever seen so far.A very simple story, but I felt like crying at this time. A few minutes later, I laughed out loud.

Richard (by Greg Kinnear), the dad of the family, is also a motivational speaker, dying to be a winner just like it says in his nine steps "refuse to lose" program. Richard seems to be energetic to practice his philosophy into his everyday life. Particularly, he is always trying to seize every and each chance to teach his daughter how to become a "winner", which annoys everybodoy very much. It seems this time, with the help of a guy called Stan Grossman and all the family's properties being betted all on a single thow, fortune is turning toward them, however all these end up as an illusion very soon.

Sheryl(by Toni Collette), the Mom, whose brother attempted suicide, father-in-low has a foul mouth, son is a eccentric, and the economic situation of her family is not well.She still keeps her attitude open, and tried to tell the kids truth.She has a paradoxical sentiment to her famliy which she deeply loves, but which also is the source of her continuing pains. Only smoking can offer her a temporary release, but she is obliged to quit.A role doesn't outstanding in this movie, but a real one.

However, yet our poor Olive seems to realize that her cuppy belly is probably gonna fail her.

Ironicly, the firt word said by him after nine months' silence is "FUCK".

When asked why he would do so, Frank attribute his suicide to being dumped by a gay lover and losing a MacArthur Foundation genius grant to a rival.

Grandpa (by Alan Arkin) , is a tough guy, has a lot of strange logic, and has a foul mouth. He still has a Nazi bullet is his butt, after being kicked out his retirement home, has to be stuck living with the Hoovers. To kill the boring time, he satrt snorting lines of heroin.The profane guy also teaches little Olive dancing moves for the beauty pageant, which explains why he is the only one konws what Olive is gonna show on the stage. After his sudden death , Olive's show become a hidden engine to drastically push the plot.
The most impressive to me is the line:

Sheryl: He was snorting heroin.

Frank: You were snorting heroin?

Grandpa: [to Dwayne] Let me tell you, don't do that stuff. When you're young, you're crazy to do that s**t.

Frank: Well what about you?

Grandpa: What about me? When you're old, you're crazy not to do it.

What a fulfilled day!

In the morning, I got up very very early(5:45). Because we had to take the school bus in 6:00. My friend Kathy and I, we got to the destination in time. We went to China Youth Corps to had written and oral test to be a counselor. The counselor's job is to introduce and lead the ABCs(Ameria born Chinese) to know about the Chinese culture.

I was really stunned about the written test question. It wanted us to translate 扯鈴, 捏麵人, 豆花, 中國結, 宗烈祠 to English. I only kown stingy tofu(臭豆腐), dumpling(水餃), National Palace Museum(國立故宮博物院), Taroko National Park(太魯閣國家公園), and I just don't know the above questions that I mentioned and I was dumbfounded. But than I knew the above that I mentioned is very easy.扯鈴=Chinese yo-yo, 捏麵人=dough figurine, 豆花=tofu pudding , 中國結=Chinese knot , 宗烈祠=?.However, I can't think of them very easy in my mind. Although it seems easy, it's hard to think of it. Another question is ask the name of the thirteen aborigines' group. But I only know eleven of them. It cost me a bit of time because I have to recall my memory that faded away long long time ago.

Oral test have both Chinese and English test. I think English oral test is easier, because the Chinese question they asked me was hard to answer. I think I messed up, so I probably can't be admited.

Tonight, I went to another resaurant for the second reunion with another two classmates. We talked a lot of things. The buffet was really good. We all ate so full.

Reunion(家聚)

I have a reunion(家聚) today. Reunion is a ceremony that the same number form freshman to senior have to get together and eat annually. Sophomore has to treat freshman to a meal. And the girl sit next to me is my directly under junior(直屬學妹). She is very cute. I think she is like Winner the Pooh.

We ate in this restaurant called "faucet." It has a very big-red- faucet out of the restaurant(the picture above). My roommates and I-we three sophomore host this reunion. There were eight people in this reunion. Therefore, we had a box room. We gossiped about everything. The atmosphere was harmonious. We really had a great time. This is the first time that my directly under junior and I chat with each other one by one. We chated a lot of things. I thought this reunion is really successful.

But when we came back to dorm. We felt exhausted. Forthermore, we also had a difficult statistic homework to do, and no body know how to do and no one had done it.

I am angry!!!

The first thing is about Babaking. Because she is too care about everything. And she is so easy to get angry. It is not my fault! Everybody is busy! Tou can't blame everything on me!

The second thing is about "nerdy, house male, home keeping man,or nurd"(宅男). TThey scared me. Because what I ahve done today, they all know about it. It is not a good feeling. Because I am not a cautious girl, I just talk what I want to talk. Therefore, I hate nurds. It is a weird feeling when you are spying by others that you don't know them but they know me. But what can I do ??? I am helpless. All I can do is to post this article to express my anger.

The third thing is that I lose the game "sudoku(數獨)". It was because my roommate doesn't help me. She was chating with her ex-boyfriend on the phone. Therefore, I lose the game. Worst of all, the guy played with me think I am not good in this game. I just started this game for a while. I am very angry about what he thought. I am smart, OK??? Don't look down of me.

About this movie
The Devil Wears Prada is a comedy-drama film, the screen adaptation of Lauren Weisberger's 2003 novel of the same name. It stars Anne Hathaway as Andrea Sachs, a recent university graduate who gets a job as a co-assistant to powerful fashion magazine editor Miranda Priestly, played by Meryl Streep.


Hoping to work her way to the The New Yorker or Vanity Fair, Andrea "Andy" Sachs, fresh out of college, lands a plum magazine job: personal assistant to Miranda, who dominates the fashion world from her perch atop Runway magazine. She puts up with the eccentric and humiliating requests of her boss because, she is told, if she lasts a year in the position she will get her pick of other jobs, perhaps even the journalistic position she truly craves.
Gradually, though, Andrea adjusts to the position and its many perks, including free designer clothing and other choice accessories. She also comes to prize chance encounters with hot young writer Christian, who earns her eternal gratitude when he helps her with one of her more impossible assignments. However, her family and, especially, friends are feeling neglected. Ultimately Andrea realizes she must make a choice between them and her job lest she become more like the woman she despises working for.

Anne Hathaway is Lauren Weisberger in the real world. Lauren Weisberger wored at VOGUE magazine. During that period of time, she definitely put up with her editor-Anna' s austere training. Lauren Weisberger is a pretty young woman with regular features, but seems serious and critical. Especially when she dressed on the shirts, I think she is more suitable to stay in academic circles. Lauren Weisberger and her evil boss-Anna both looks dominant. Which lack of Miranda' s humor and Andy' s kindhearted in the movie. Therefore, we probably can' t even imagine the violence that Lauren Weisberger and Anna fighting with agenda mind.

Lauren Weisberger endured Anna till the fashion show in Paris. However, she can't help but damned Anna"Fuck you！" and quited her job well-executed. When she came back to America, she sold a lot of clothes and bags that she got from the Paris fashion show for US$30,000. Then she concentrate on writing books to show her resentful of her boss.

But when the novel adapt for movie, it shows warming human touch. This dilute the critical atmosphere in the novel. In the end, the scenarists let the good girl-Andy send her clothes to Emily who has no chance to go to Paris .
